As a form of intangible cultural heritage within Chinese culture, woodworking art embodies craftsmanship and carries the emotions and memories of families.
To celebrate Father's Day in a warm atmosphere, families will come together to experience the art of wood carving and create unique chopsticks from precious wood. Participants will learn essential carving techniques, refine wood fibres, and sculpt elegant shapes before finishing with food-safe oil, resulting in one-of-a-kind, high-quality wooden utensils that hold warmth and significance.
Through this hands-on experience, participants will transform natural wood into cherished dining essentials, perpetuating love and heritage through the timeless art of wood carving.
