Embark on a Fun Journey of Exploration with a Passion for STEAM Learning! 

Plan ahead for an exciting journey of exploration with a love for learning! The “School Programme” is all about making STEAM education fun for both primary and secondary school students.  

We offer guided park tours, interactive workshops, and games that make learning an adventure. Through our programme, students will gain new insights into Earth’s history, environmental science, and sustainable development while developing logical thinking and teamwork skills.  

To top it off, all students will receive a Certification of Participation to celebrate their growth and achievements after completing the programme.

Details

Participant Numbers: 15-120 people per session 

Target: Primary and secondary school students 

Activity Time: 3 hours 

  • Session A: 9 am – 12 noon   
  • Session B: 1 pm – 4 pm        

Language: Cantonese 

Programme Fee

Regular Fee: HK$320 per person 
Promotional Fee*: HK$256 per person 

*The promotion is applicable for reservations made from now until 31 January 2025 for events scheduled from 1 September 2024 to 31 January 2025, both dates inclusive.  

What's Included

1. A guided tour (around 60 mins): Led by professional docents, students will delve into the wood fossil exhibits, plants, and sustainable design concepts of Nina Park. 

2. A thematic workshop (45-60 mins): Diverse-themed workshops to spark interest and broaden knowledge through interaction and hands-on experiences.

Activity Learning Coverage:
(1) Paleontology 
(2) Earth Science and Geology
(3) Restoration and Conservation
(4) Chinese Culture and Creation

3. A team-building game or a seminar (45-60 mins):  Engaging team-building games enhances learning efficiency and personal growth through play, and a sustainability seminar enlightens student’s perspective of environmental protection and its applications to our daily lives.

Remarks: The fees include professional fees for docents and programme instructors, all learning materials, and each student's participation certificate.

Terms and Conditions

1. The minimum number of participants: 15 students.

2. The number of accompanying teachers must be per the Education Bureau's "Guidelines on Outdoor Activities". 

3. Transportation from school to Nina Park (and vice versa) is to be arranged by the school. 

4. A 3-week advanced booking is required and based on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to space availability.
