1. Fossil Decoding 
Participants will check out 5 checkpoints at Nina Park, Nina Hotel Tsuen Wan West, and NINA MALL 1. Using the clues provided, they will write the codes in the designated space in the "Fossil Decoding Handbook". During this process, children will gain fascinating insights of wood fossils, plants, environmental science, and sustainability. 
 
Upon successfully decoding the clues, participants will join the Fossil Tribe for the following activities, bringing this fossil discovery experience to a joyous conclusion! 
 
2. Simulated Fossil Excavation Workshop ¹
Participants will become Fossil Adventurer under the guidance of the Fossil Tribe Elder. They will use small tools to excavate dinosaur fossil from a sandpit and reconstruct into their original forms. This activity not only allows participants to experience the excitement of fossil excavation but also have an idea of the formation processes of fossils, making it both educational and enjoyable. 
 
3. Echoes of the Fossil Tribe ¹
Join the Fossil Tribe celebration party at Nina Park! Dance with the exhilarating rhythms of the drums and fully immerse yourself in this festive atmosphere! As a Fossil Adventurer, you will join everyone in joyful dancing and enthusiastically strike the African drums to celebrate your successful decoding of the clues and your completion of the fossil excavation! 
 
¹ On the day of event, each participating group will need to select its preferred timeslots for the "Simulated Fossil Excavation Workshop " and " Echoes of the Fossil Tribe" at the Admission Counter at NINA MALL 1. 

1) Participants should check in at the Admission Counter (located next to the Muji on the 2/F of NINA MALL 1) between 1pm and 3pm on the registered day of event. Please present the event registration confirmation email to receive a toolkit for participating in the "Fossil Discovery Camp" at Nina Park. 
 
2) HK$180 participation fee for one child. Each child will receive one toolkit upon admission. Each toolkit includes: 

•    One ‘Fossil Decoding Handbook’ 
•    One Nina Park sustainable pen  
•    One HK$50 dining voucher for PARKSIDE@NINA  
•    One dining card for "Pungry Army In Da House Gourmrt Fest" at Chinachem Group shopping mall, redeemable as a HK$20 voucher at selected merchants ³

3) The schedule for the "Nina Park Fossil Discovery Camp" is as follows: 

•    Admission Time: Between 1pm and 3pm on the registered event day 
•    Fossil Decoding: No specific time limit, but all codes must be acquired before attending the registered "Simulated Fossil Excavation Workshop" and "Echoes of the Fossil Tribe”. 
•    Simulated Fossil Excavation Workshop: Conducted between 2:30pm and 6pm, with each session lasting approximately 15 minutes. Participants should select their workshop time at the Admission Counter upon arrival. 
•    Echoes of the Fossil Tribe: Conducted between 3:30pm and 6pm, with each session lasting approximately 30 minutes. Participants should select their workshop time at the Admission Counter upon arrival.   

4) "Echoes of the Fossil Tribe" will take place outdoors. In the event of any of the following weather conditions, it will be held in the covered area in front of Nina Figure, and there will be no rescheduling: 

•    Continuous rain while no weather warning signals are in effect 
•    No. 1 Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal is issued by the Hong Kong Observatory 
•    Amber Rainstorm Warning Signal is issued by the Hong Kong Observatory.  

5) Special Circumstances and Adverse Weather Arrangements: 

Condition 1: Event Rescheduling 
If the Hong Kong Observatory announces or forecasts a No. 3 or No. 8 Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal, as well as Red or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal by 9am on the day of the event, the event will be rescheduled. Nina Park will arrange a new date for participants and will contact the registrants via the registered email within 3 working days. Registrants must confirm the new event date as stated in the email; otherwise, it will be deemed as self-withdrawal by the participants, and the event fee will not be refunded or transferred to other activities and courses. 

Condition 2: Event Proceeding as Scheduled 
•    Continuous rain, provided that no weather warning signals are in effect 
•    No. 1 Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal is issued by the Hong Kong Observatory 
•    Amber Rainstorm Warning Signal is issued by the Hong Kong Observatory. 
 
In the event of any of the above weather conditions, the event will continue as planned. Nonetheless, if the weather becomes unstable and in order to ensure participants’ safety, Nina Park reserves the right to modify the event content, location, and schedule, and to amend the aforementioned terms and conditions without prior notice.

1) Once registration is confirmed, the registered event date cannot be changed, and places are non-transferable. Participants should arrive at the Admission Counter between 1pm and 3pm on the day of event. The event toolkit can only be collected on the event day at the designated Admission Counter; late arrivals will not be accommodated. If participants are late, leave early, or do not attend the event for whatsoever reason, this will be deemed as self-withdrawal by the participants, and Nina Park will not provide any extensions, rescheduling, or compensation arrangements. The participation fee is non-refundable.

2) This event will be held at Nina Park, Nina Hotel Tsuen Wan West, and NINA MALL 1, encompassing both indoor and outdoor areas. Participants should be mindful of the weather conditions on the day and dress appropriately.

3) Participants are responsible for assessing their own physical condition to determine whether they are suitable for attending this activity. Nina Park accepts no responsibility for any physical discomfort or accidents arising from participation in the event.

4) Participants must agree to and comply with the event's Terms and Conditions, the visitor rules of Nina Park, any special arrangements for inclement weather, and the instructions provided by on-site staff. Please be mindful of the environment, maintain the tidiness of Nina Park, and refrain from littering. 

5) By participating in this event, participants acknowledge and agree that Nina Park may photograph, film, videotape, record or otherwise reproduce the images and voices of any visitor who enters Nina Park. The material may be used for educational, media, or editorial purposes on our website, social media platforms, publications, or promotional materials issued by the Nina Park and the Chinachem Group.
