Hexagon Cinema, Nina Park

1. Participants should arrive the activity venue 10 mins before the seminar starts. The seats of latecomers will be reallocated on a first-come-first-served basis to other individuals waiting in the venue.

2. Recommended age: 6 or above. Participants under 6 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. 

3. Nina Park reserves the final decision on registration procedures and arrangements. Event details may change without prior notice based on circumstances.

4. In the event of force majeure circumstances (such as inclement weather or natural disasters) requiring a postponement, Nina Park will reschedule the event for participants.

5. Image consent: We may photograph, film, videotape, record or otherwise reproduce the images and voices of any visitor who enters Nina Park (“the Park”). The material may be used for educational, media, or editorial purposes on our website, social media platforms, publications, or promotional materials issued by the Park and the Chinachem Group.

Amber or Red Rainstorm Warning / Typhoon Signal No. 1 or No. 3  

Nina Park will remain open. Outdoor exhibitions and activates will be suspended. Indoor activities will continue, and guided tours will take place in indoor area.

Black Rainstorm Warning 

• If Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is issued before 2 hours before opening hour, Nina Park and Experience Centre will remain closed for the entire day. 

• If Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is issued within opening hour, the Nina Park and Experience Centre will be closed for the rest of the day.    

• All guided tours and activities on the day will be cancelled. For details, please refer to the Nina Park Instagram and Facebook page.
