Nina Park Amphitheatre

1) Complete registration on this event registration page and attend the event on the registered date and time after successful registration.

2) Once you have completed your artwork, take a photo of it on site and send it, along with the participant's name (must be in the participant's real name), via WhatsApp to Nina Park within the specified date and time. Once sent, your participation will be considered successful.

Note: Only submissions of artwork photo and participant's name sent via WhatsApp will be accepted. Other methods of submission are not allowed.

3) We invite you to follow Nina Park on Instagram and Facebook, share your artwork on social media, and tag us to spread the joy!

4) Ms. CHAU Chuen-heung and Ms. Sarina Wong will serve as a judge for this event. They will select four participants each day who demonstrate the most creativity and alignment with the theme to receive awards (a total of 20 awards).

5) Winners will be contacted by WhatsApp message by 12 January 2026 with details on how to get their prize. Winners must confirm their award within three working days of receiving the WhatsApp notification. If no notification is received, the participant will be considered unsuccessful. 1) The event will be held in the outdoor area of Nina Park. In the event of inclement weather, it will be relocated to Level 2, Nina Mall I, depending on weather conditions on the day. Please note that the event will not be rescheduled.  

2) Please check the latest event updates on Nina Park's Facebook and Instagram before departure; no individual notifications will be provided.

3) Once confirmed, the registration time cannot be changed, and slots are non-transferable. Please arrive 10 minutes early. If a participant is late, leaves early, or is absent for personal reasons, it will be considered a forfeiture. Nina park will not make any arrangements for make-up sessions, class transfers, or refunds, and this decision is final. Please note that workshop fees are non-refundable.

4) Due to weather, safety, maintenance, or other operational reasons, Nina Park and the organizer reserve the right to modify or cancel the event (or any part of it) and/or amend the above terms and conditions without prior notice. In case of any dispute, Nina Park’s decision shall be final.

5) Participants aged 6 and under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, who does not need to register separately.

6) Please wear suitable outdoor clothing and bring water, sunscreen, rain gear, and a hat.

7) Participants must ensure they are in good health for the event. The organizers are not responsible for any risks, injuries, or accidents resulting from health issues.

8) Image consent: We may photograph, film, videotape, record or otherwise reproduce the images and voices of any visitor who enters Nina Park (“the Park”). The material may be used for educational, media, or editorial purposes on our website, social media platforms, publications, or promotional materials issued by the Park and the Chinachem Group.
