Event Background and Details

The first project of the Nina Park "Community Placemaking Programme"—the "Lam Bing Yim's Mini Emtrepreneurs"—will take place on Saturday, 25th October 2025, from 2:00 pm to 5:30 pm. This event aims to promote interdisciplinary learning and practical application through simulated carnival market sales and management. Students from Primary 1 to Primary 6 will take on the role of stallholders, designing games and crafting handmade items themselves, experiencing the full process from creative concept to execution.

The event will feature 6 game stalls, 10 student craft stalls, and a lively programme of student performances including lion dance, kung fu, string ensemble, and dance. Visitors can use complimentary game tickets to enjoy the activities and redeem handmade crafts created by students. To engage participants, students will decorate their stalls and introduce their creations, inviting visitors to complete a short questionnaire in exchange for the crafts.  With the involvement of students, parents, and residents from Tsuen Wan and Kwai Tsing, the event aims to build a warm and vibrant community atmosphere and inspire the next generation of talented and responsible leaders.
