About

This year marks the 11th year of the Hong Kong Museum Festival, themed ‘A Year of Museum Celebrations’ to honour the significant anniversaries of six LCSD museums.  As one of the collaborative partners in this annual cultural event, Nina Park features “Plants” as its central theme, offering a series of educational and interactive programmes designed to reconnect the public with the harmony between nature and life.

On a crisp autumn Sunday afternoons, we warmly invite you to step into Nina Park, leave behind the bustle of the city, and embark on a green journey that blends natural aesthetics with environmental awareness.

The activities are designed to deepen understanding of ecology, encourage relaxation of both body and mind, and foster an interest in sustainable living. Whether you participate in workshops, guided tours, or simply immerse yourself in the park’s tranquil atmosphere, you will enjoy a leisurely and enriching experience.

Beginning with a walking observation of the cityscape, the experience gradually shifts to inner resonance of sound, allowing thoughts to settle and creating space for renewal and reflection of a new life chapter.

The workshop begins with Mr. Antony Hui, a registered arborist and eco-tour guide, who will lead participants to slow down and mindfully wander among the trees in Nina Park, learning ways to appreciate plants and connect with nature. The second part is conducted by Mr. Ernest Tang, a senior yoga instructor certified by the Yoga Alliance (USA), certified singing bowl therapist, and a continuing education trainer. Through the vibrations of singing bowls, he will guide participants to observe their inner world, reflect on the present moment, and release stress through breath and sound.
